The Job
This position directs and controls all activities within the Product Supply function of Greater China, including China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. The candidate should oversee manufacturing, quality control, production scheduling, material control, purchasing, engineering and maintenance, warehousing and distribution. This pose is responsible to lead the development of annual plans for the businesses in the group and manage the businesses to achieve fiscal year volume and profit objectives. Develops subordinates to allow them to achieve their full potential. Work location is Hong Kong with frequent travel to China and Taiwan.
The Applicant
The successful candidate should be a Degree qualified in Business Administration and with at least 10 years experience in Product Supply in FMCG MNC. Has solid experience in production management, with exposure to logistics and procurement. Fluent in English and Chinese (preferably both Mandarin and Cantonese), in terms of write, read and speak. Also possess a strong leadership characteristics and a team player and has a strong analytical skills.
