Key attributes in the Development of product strategies, alliances, product roadmaps, business case, market requirement documents, and product requirement documents for all product (and services) lines across all business channels
· Alignment of product development with business strategy
· Identification and evaluation of new market opportunities and the product requirements for success in those markets
· Enhancement of existing product lines as well as the definition and launch of new product lines
· Supervise the development of qualitative and quantitative research

Requirements:
· 10 years experience in the sports betting business.
· Strong experience managing a team toward common goals and achievements
· Ability to communicate and gain support for product and project vision
· Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and principles of design
· University degree in business or computer science or combination or relevant business experience and education
· Strong business acumen
· Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
· Ability to effectively set and manage expectations
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Demonstrated ability to make clear concise decisions
· Ability to capture and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
· Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional design using Use Cases / UML.
· Ability to perform User Acceptance testing.
· Understanding and experience of Agile methods.
· Project or Programme Management experience would be an advantage.
