As a Customer Service Associate your skills and qualificationswill ideally include: excellent organization and multi tasking abilities under pressure demands, confident working as part of a team in a diverse cultural environment possessing logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach.
English is required to an advanced level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good Windows and Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of brick and mortar poker an asset
Basic knowledge of online money processing a benefit
Flexible and willing to work shifts, you will be available for a BI monthly rotation of 6am – 3pm, 2pm – 11pm and 10pm – 7am.
Your main responsibilities as a Customer Service Associate will involve:
Handling a wide variety of player queries via email and telephone on player accounts, games, player promotions, technical issues, depositing and withdrawing funds etc.
Making verification calls to the players
Liaising with various teams in Gibraltar and India to resolve customer queries
Ensuring accurate documentation and confidentiality of customer information
Contributing to process improvements
