These "Terms of use" govern your use of Jobitems.com (http://www.jobitems.com), further as "Site" owned by Ivan Suchy, further as "Owner" and provide notice of Site policies, related to Membership, Job Posting, Privacy and Acceptable Use. Please read these "Terms of use" carefully.

If you do not accept these "Terms of use", you may not use Site and its services. By using any of the service provided by Site you are indicating your acceptance of terms and conditions stated in these "Terms of use". Site reserves the right to revise these "Terms of use" at any time without your approval. You should visit this page periodically to review these "Terms of use" because they are binding on you.

The terms "You" "Your" and "User", as used herein, refers to any individual or entity accessing Site for any reason.

Any future revision of these "Terms of use" IS NOT retroactive.

Price of services

This Site is non-commercial. Any service provided by Site is provided for free (at no cost, at no charge). Site doesn't contain any interface or code to charge its User on-line. Site also doesn't contain bank account data of its Owner needed to make a payment for Site services.

Acceptable use of Site

  • You are allowed to subscribe for Site services for free
  • You are allowed to post as many jobs as you need for free.
  • You are allowed to modify, change state or delete any of your job for free
  • You are allowed to delete your account at any time without any reason for free

Prohibited use of Site

In connection with your use of the Site, you may not:

  • Post more than one open position per one job ad. (You can't say: We have three open positions ...)
  • Post "Work at Home", MLM or similar job ad.
  • Post "Business opportunity" in job ad.
  • Post or transmit any content that you do not have a right to reproduce, display or transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships
  • Post duplicate job ads.
  • Advertise your company services and products in job ad.
  • Use HTML or other markup language in job ad.
  • Insert web links in job ad.
  • Delete or modify any material posted by any other person or entity not related to you.
  • Aggregate, copy or duplicate in any manner any of the materials or information available from the Site for other than personal use.
  • Use other than your e-mail address and company name in sign up process.
  • Use free email account (provided by gmail.com, hotmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.) in sign up process.

Owner can't monitor every job right after posting, however, Owner ones a day reviews all new jobs and accounts. If you break the rules above, all your jobs and your account will be deleted without warning.
